How we improve communication and organisation
- Invitation emails and codes connect a tenant to one property and unit, so changing a URL cannot open someone else’s records.
- Rent is never assumed paid. Status changes only when a person or future payment provider confirms it.
- Maintenance, documents, and notices sit next to the unit they belong to, not in a shared inbox.
